Children’s Home Medicaid Compliance Program

The Children’s Home maintains a Corporate Compliance Program in accordance with applicable New York State Medicaid requirements. The program is designed to promote ethical conduct, prevent fraud, waste and abuse, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate areas of organizational risk. Kim Stratton, Vice President of Quality, is the designated Medicaid Compliance Officer and can be reached at kstratton@chowc.org to report any concerns. All concerns or allegations concerning Medicaid dollars are fully investigated. The Children’s Home prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a compliance concern, participates in an investigation, or seeks guidance regarding a compliance matter.
