Assumption of Risk* I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all the risks, known and unknown. I further understand that I am ultimately responsible for my own safety.I understand that the Program, by its very nature, includes certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. These injuries include but are not limited to, scrapes, twisted ankles, and injuries from falls. There are also natural risks of an athletic setting that include but are not limited to: 1) minor injuries such as a twisted ankle, to 2) major injuries such as broken bones, to 3) catastrophic injuries including permanent disability and death. I understand and appreciate the risks that are inherent in the program and associated activities.
