Facilities Management
The goal of the Maintenance/Custodial Department is to maintain the Children's Home and all owned or leased properties in a safe, secure and healthy manner for the nurturing of children, staff and visitors to the Children's Home.
The Maintenance Department supports all Agency programs by using a preventive maintenance program, conducting bi-weekly inspections, vehicle fleet safety inspections, fulfilling maintenance request forms, and preparing for outside inspectors, such as State Fire Marshall, Health Department, insurance agency and accrediting organizations.
The primary objective is to have a safe, aesthetically pleasing environment for our residents, staff and consumers, both parents and vendors.
